CMS and DSS Consulting are hosting a joint business breakfast which will focus on the latest legal, technological and cybersecurity considerations surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in business.
AI is becoming increasingly embedded in business operations and software development, while at the same time creating new types of risks and compliance challenges. Where should the line be drawn between the roles of AI and humans in software development? How is AI changing cybersecurity threats and defence strategies? What new challenges are emerging from AI agents and multi-agent models? And how can all of this be incorporated into an effective corporate AI governance framework?
At the event, we will bring together CMS’s legal and regulatory expertise, DSS Consulting’s technological and practical perspective, and the hands-on experience of SimplePay’s Head of IT Operations and Security. Among other topics, we will explore how the EU AI Act intersects with the European cybersecurity regulatory framework, the opportunities and risks AI creates in software development, and how cybersecurity is evolving as AI becomes more widespread.
We aim to provide a practical perspective from the legal, technological and business angles on how AI can be used safely and effectively, and what companies should already be preparing for.
Attendance is free of charge, but registration is required.
