We are delighted to invite you to our next CEO Dinner, to be held on the 20th of October at the W Hotel for which we are glad to announce that we’ll be joined by Mr. Viktor Boczán, General Manager of Provident Hungary.

During the event, you will have the chance to enjoy the customary three-course dinner with wine & welcome drinks while getting to hear one of the personal loan industry’s foremost professionals views on new trends in the personal loans market as well as the recent developments at Provident, with topics covering how to navigate transformation and maintain the human face in the age of AI, the role of households in driving economic growth and how businesses can prevent social and economic exclusion, ensuring growth. Our Chairman, Mr Duncan Graham will also be joining us to give his opening remarks to the event.

Our guest Viktor Boczán has been with International Personal Finance Group for an impressive twenty-five years. He spent over 13 years in various management roles at Provident Hungary, starting a BRM and rising to the Sales director position.

Since 2014, he’s been the CEO of Provident Romania, the top non-bank consumer credit provider in the country. Under his leadership, Provident has thrived, becoming one of the UK’s major employers and investors in Romania, and winning Best Non-Bank Lender three years in a row. From April 2019 to February 2024, Viktor was the General Manager of Provident Czech Republic, where he steered the company through the tough Covid period, reestablished core operations, and launched the digital credit-line Creditea in collaboration with IPFD. He also built a top-notch international team representing all EHC countries on the Czech Board.

In March 2024, Viktor took on the role of General Manager for Provident Hungary. He’s been graduated in the University of Dunaújváros and holds an Executive MBA diploma from the Corvinus University of Budapest. Outside of work, he’s a father of two, a sports enthusiast, and a die-hard UFC fan.
