You’ve seen it both: intimidating walls of text that are a dread to comb through, and easy to digest articles that you can quickly scan to find what you’re looking for. As for people and machines, content can be simple or hard to understand, depending on how it’s structured.
In this workshop, held in cooperation with one of our newest members Lombiq Technologies, we’ll see how to build your content, be it knowledge base articles, press releases, text documents, or even blog posts, in a way that they are easy to understand. You’ll learn some basic technical insights into how to structure text, how to discover, formalize, and enforce common patterns across documents, and how to make data reusable. This will help your human audience as well as search engines and AI tools consume your content, driving increased engagement and popularity, while reducing the level of effort required to keep your resources up-do-date.
The presentation will be followed by a short Q&A session and during the event, refreshments will be provided on-site free of charge for attendees.
