We invite you to our upcoming afternoon seminar on September 8, featuring our new members Baker McKenzie, centered around obligations of online platforms and DSA compliance.
The event will be led by Ms. Anna Howe and Mr. Andor Cserép, associates at Baker McKenzie Budapest, who will provide practical insights into the legal obligations of online platforms, with a particular focus on building and maintaining Digital Services Act (DSA) compliance. The session will also explore key competition law risks and challenges facing digital businesses today, highlighting common pitfalls and recent regulatory and enforcement trends to assist all interested attendees in navigating the complicated world of doing business online.
The presentation will be followed by a short Q&A session and during the event, refreshments will be provided on-site free of charge for attendees.
