The European Union’s new Pay Transparency Directive is revolutionising transparency and equality in the workplace. Member States must transpose the directive into their national law by June 2026, which aims to promote equal pay and close the gender pay gap. Once implemented, employees will be able to request access to their pay data, including the average pay for the same job by gender.

At this event, KPMG experts will give insights into the details of the regulation and share experiences so far. It will also be shown how compliance indicators can be reported using Microsoft Power BI.

Join us and discuss the steps, questions and most important dilemmas of the implementation!
