Topic: Well-qualification for retaining the workforce – One of the newest representatives of green certification systems is the WELL Building Standard, that has been gaining more ground in Hungary recently. The rating focuses on how office and communal spaces help the well-being and comfort of employees. Green parks, healthy food, fitness, good mood, what else would we need in an office building?
