Dear Members and Partners,
Happy to share with you that last week we hosted the uSchool Finals with the top 5 teams pitching their ideas to a jury of six distinguished business leaders at Budapest blockbuster event Brainbar. Under the Chamber’s leadership, we coordinated mentors to work with selected students in the BCCH Club while the entire program grew from 22 students to 96 students participating this year. Please read more about the programme here.
I would like to say thank you to all our members and partners, who delegated mentors or supported us in other ways: Invendor, ImpactHub, Knight Bird&Bird, Speak the Speech, Noguchi, Engame, KPMG, PwC Hungary, Forest&Ray, Lineo International Consulting Ltd., Konnekt.
And thank to the BCCH member companies, FirstMed, BT, Hogen Lovells, who teamed up and provided the BCCH Rise Award (business mentoring and shadowing session) to the Rekamé team.
We would like to invite you to a summer coffee to share with you more of the above results, introduce some of the students and also to discuss our future plans with the program: Working together withInvendor – the owner of uSchool programme in Hungary– we would like to offer a complex three-pillar training program for the future mentors of the uSchool program. The mentor training contains the topics of innovation and startup methodologies and also soft-skill mentorship knowledge. The training is followed by a sandbox – working with the students in uSchool – where the trained mentors can practice and mentor the high school students.
