After the recent ‘Giant Killing’ exploits of the mighty Vác FC, beating top of NB1 Videoton FC 3:1 in the last round of 32, the British owned team are ready to go again. It is top-flight opposition again in the last 16 but the Vác FC boys are confident of another victory over 2 legs against Diósgyőri VTK.
Diósgyőri VTK are placed in 6th position in Hungary’s’ premier league and Vác FC 5th in the second division. The match will be an enthralling encounter with a place in this seasons Magyar Kupa ¼ finals up for grabs.
