In cooperation with our long-time members EY Hungary, we are organising the next event in the webinar series concerning Brexit, titled Brexit – No Time to Stop!
A draft trade agreement has been reached on the future relationship between the EU and the UK and entered into force provisionally from 1 January 2021 (subject to ratifications). The trade agreement was reached at a very last moment of the transition period (i.e. 24 December 2020), leaving very limited time for the economic operators to analyze/interpret it; but also to determine how and which of their business procedures are affected and how the changes should be managed.
This occasion, with the expert panel made up of EY’s foremost professionals on tax and advisory services, a guest from the Central Management of National Tax and Customs Authority and our own Chairman Mr Duncan Graham, the event promises to provide you with the most up to date information on this vital process regarding the main effects of the trade agreement and summarize our first experiences of Brexit (from a customs, value-added tax and personal income tax perspective).
