2026 Annual General Meeting

The event is free of charge for BCCH Members hence we request all members to have a representative on the spot, as the event concerns every BCCH Member and features a rundown of all the important developments made within the Chamber over the last 12 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are excited to announce that this year we will be hosting the AGM at one of our trusted long-term members, KOZMO Hotel Budapest. As is tradition, the meeting itself will start at 4 pm and after the formal part, we will carry on with the customary networking part, including cocktail canap\u00e9s and drinks in the hotel’s restaurant.<\/p>\n

Please note once again that, in accordance with our Charter,\u00a0we need all our members to attend personally or by representative (proxy)<\/strong>\u00a0to make sure we meet the quorum for an AGM to be held validly. The required quorum is more than 50 percent of the voting members present (50 % + 1 person).<\/p>\n

If no quorum is present at the time of the Annual General Meeting, the adjourned General Meeting shall convene at 16:15 on 13th May 2026 at the same place and such meeting shall have a quorum as regards the matters included in the agenda of the previous meeting, regardless of the number of members present or represented.<\/p>\n
