Member States must transpose the directive into their national law by June 2026, which aims to promote equal pay and close the gender pay gap. Once implemented, employees will be able to request access to their pay data, including the average pay for the same job by gender.<\/p>\n<p>At this event, KPMG experts will give insights into the details of the regulation and share experiences so far. Bogl\u00e1rka has advised several international companies on labour law issues, both in day-to-day operational matters and in relation to major projects, cross-border TUPE transactions, restructuring or collective redundancies and collective labour law issues. Bogl\u00e1rka was a lecturer at the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration from 2005-2010 and has been regularly lecturing and writing professional publications since then. As Deputy Head of Office, she has played a key role in the strategic and operational management of the law firm since joining KPMG and continues her work as Head of KPMG Law T\u00f3\u00e1s\u00f3, B\u00e9li Attorneys at Law from 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Czibok-Viktoria.jpg\" width=\"120\" height=\"170\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5111 aligncenter size-full\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vikt\u00f3ria Czib\u00f3k<\/strong>: Viktoria is a Manager of the Global Mobility Services team dealing with personal income taxation. She specialized in providing comprehensive advisory services to multinational companies and individuals. Expertise includes compensations and benefits, rewards, remuneration policies, international assignments. Skilled in addressing personal income tax and social security matters for expatriates and employees, as well as advising individuals with substantial investment portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Szucs-Andrea-164_2-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5113 aligncenter size-thumbnail\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Andrea Sz\u00fccs: Andrea leads the Global Mobility Services team dealing with personal taxation at KPMG Advisory Ltd.&#8217;s tax department, with over 16 years of experience. Her team focuses on advisory activities related to individuals, including advice on employee benefits, compensation policies, personal income taxation of expatriates, social security, and immigration issues, as well as taxation advice for individuals with significant international investment portfolios.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcch.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Veraszto-Bence.jpg\" width=\"109\" height=\"151\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5112 aligncenter size-full\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bence Veraszt\u00f3: <\/strong>Bence joined KPMG in 2014, he is leading the Data Technology Team in KPMG HU\u2019s Lighthouse. He is a data professional specialized in Data Management and Reporting. Since he has joined the company he is determined to explore, analyse and automate end-to-end processes. As a data technology expert, his experience includes designing, developing and reviewing reporting solutions (including Business Intelligence), data migration, geolocational data analytics and process mining services. His key focus is to be able to enable the data-driven decision making by generating insight into performance, opportunities and threats, so the data solutions not only improve the business today, but also continue to add value in the future. He has acquired significant experience in IT and gained strong knowledge in both HAL and IFRS accounting.
