He acts for a broad range of clients including in the pharmaceuticals, telecoms, and financial services industries. And the European Commission has selected him to serve as Non-Governmental Advisor to its Directorate-General for Competition.<\/p>\n<p>With his impressive track-record of advocacy before courts and competition authorities, Baldwin will further drive growth in the firm\u2019s EU competition law practice in close cooperation with team head <span><a href=\"https:\/\/szecskay.hu\/en\/team\/aniko-keller\">Anik\u00f3 Keller<\/a><\/span>. In particular, he will lead the firm\u2019s cross-border antitrust, merger control, State aid, and EU Internal Market mandates.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSam Baldwin is an internationally recognised antitrust expert and a highly regarded member of our firm,\u201d <\/em>says <span><a href=\"https:\/\/szecskay.hu\/en\/team\/andras-szecskay\">Andr\u00e1s Szecskay<\/a><\/span>, founder and managing partner at Szecskay Attorneys at Law. <em>\u201cWith his business-oriented yet very human approach to clients and their business, he can present very complex competition law issues with great clarity. He practiced law for eight years at Danish top-tier law firm Gorrissen Federspiel where he was called to the Bar as Advokat in 2013.
