Mikl\u00f3s\u2019 practice focuses on advising patent applicants, proprietors and opponents on matters related to industrial property rights, invention- and patent infringement, copyright infringement in computer programs and related documentation, works of applied and industrial design, and procedures relating to compulsory licences and the existence of such rights of prior use or sub-licensing.<\/p>\n
