He was recognized in 2019 and 2020 by the Global Elite Thought Leader, regularly published in academic journals\/papers, and made speeches at Harvard University as well as at the United Nations General Assembly. As a mediator, arbitrator and lawyer, he acquired wide theoretical and practical experience in ADR. Thus, Mr Jeremy Lack will tackle ADR &#8211; appropriate dispute resolution, and the approaches related to the topic from 9:50 to 10:50, followed by a little Q&amp;A<span>\u00a0<\/span>and a coffee break.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Featuring as another guest speaker will be, Ms Niamh Leinwather, Vienna&#8217;s International Arbitral Centre&#8217;s secretary-general, presenting the multi-stage dispute resolution clauses and mediation and arbitration combinations advantages and disadvantages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the presentations, there will be a panel discussion related to the main topic: combining arbitration with mediation, multi-tier clauses, increasing the efficiency of the arbitration proceedings with a panel featuring Jeremy Lack, Niamh Leinwather, \u00c1d\u00e1m Bo\u00f3c, Vlad Peligrad, Manuela Grosu and B\u00e1lint T\u00f3\u00e1s\u00f3 as the moderator.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afterwards, there will be yet another possibility for the attendees to ask questions from the speakers, and the event will be concluded with lunch &amp; networking. The event will be held at KMPG&#8217;s V\u00e1ci \u00fat offices, but will also be available for online attendees.
