  • 17:00 – Welcome and introduction by Dóra Petrányi (CEE Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Technology, Media and Communications, CMS)
  • 17:05 – Fireside chat about cybersecurity & AI and what it takes to lead the Information and Cybersecurity Working Group of IVSZ as well as be a member of the Board of Directors at the European Cyber Security Organisation.
    We will look at how AI can be used in information security and cyber defence (AI based cyber-attack models and defence tools). We will get an insight into the purpose and activities of Women4Cyber Foundation.

  • 17:30 – Fireside chat about the use of AI in building a customer service strategy, including conversational AI (chatbot, voicebot) as well as the launch and early-stage operation of an NLP/NLU (conversational AI) – dos and don’ts. We will also touch upon the planning of a new AI tool launch and related necessary transformation within an organisation.
